Rowena Farry
Conveyancing Executive specialising in Residential Property
Rowena is a conveyancer working in the property department and is based in our Bude office.
Rowena aims to bring a practical and no-nonsense approach to the conveyancing process and is always willing to spend time with her clients to discuss and explain the procedures and paperwork involved in the transaction; and any queries or concerns her clients may have.
She says: “No two transactions are ever the same. Clients are unique and so are the properties they are selling and buying. It is important to find out what is important to your client; what they expect from you and then deliver on that. My management role within IBM involved negotiation at a high level and I bring that expertise to my current role. Always listen, listen, listen. I aim to bring that end result for each and every client.”
