Partner specialising in Property Law

Lauren is a specialist Property Law solicitor with nearly 10 years experience and is based in our Bideford office.

Lauren has a range of experience in dealing with residential and commercial property transactions which include freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new leases, shared ownership properties, first registrations and Deeds of Easements.

She says “I have had an interest in law since a young age. I understand that for most people the conveyancing process is one of the most stressful times in ones life and as such, I aim to keep my clients updated as much as possible in order to reduce their stress levels. I consider myself helpful, approachable and cheerful towards clients.”

Career

Lauren joined the firm as a legal secretary in 2010. She embarked on the distance learning CILEX course to become a Chartered Legal Executive and in 2015 she qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive. Lauren went on to complete her Graduate Diploma in Law at De Montfort University in Leicester and the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law in Bristol. In September 2017, Lauren qualified as a Solicitor. Lauren became a Partner in 2020.
