Jemma likes to keep in regular contact with clients in order to avoid any unnecessary frustration in what can sometimes be a very stressful situation for the clients. Jemma takes pleasure in achieving the end goal for the client.
She says: “I have always had a keen interest in the property sector and love the variation of the work that I do; every transaction is so different, and you have to cater for each client’s needs. I take a lot of pride in my job and it is a privilege to be able to assist clients and their families during one of the most important transitions they will make. If I can make the transaction run as smooth as possible for the client, that is a job well done.”
