Chloe Baker

Trainee Solicitor specialising in Property

Chloe works in the Property Department in our Holsworthy office. She has been with the firm for a number of years, gaining practical experience to provide client-focused support in matters of residential conveyancing.

She says “I know that any property transaction can be incredibly stressful. To aid the process, I pride myself on being both approachable and supportive whilst aiming to deal with matters quickly and efficiently. I work closely with you, to make what can be a very difficult and overwhelming process, as smooth and hassle-free as possible.”

Career

Chloe grew up in the local area and started with the firm as a legal secretary in 2019, employed as a paralegal apprentice. Chloe has since completed a number of her CILEx examinations, before deciding to cross-qualify as a Solicitor, whilst working alongside. She is due to qualify as a Solicitor in 2025.
