Michael is a graduate of Harper Adams Agricultural University, The Royal Agricultural College and Bournemouth University where he undertook a post graduate diploma in law. Prior to joining Peter Peter & Wright in 2007 he worked on a farm in Somerset; as a Group Secretary with the NFU in Devon and as an Agricultural Consultant. Michael was involved with the European grant funding programmes in the South West and advised farmers and rural enterprises. Michael qualified as a solicitor in 2009 and specialises in agricultural matters for the firm. He was appointed a Fellow of the Agricultural Law Association in 2011 and became a partner in 2012.
Michael has assisted with numerous green energy projects and leases in the South West and has gained considerable experience in this specialist field whilst acting separately for both farmers and the green energy developers. He also deals with other property and conveyancing matters both agricultural and residential.
Michael also undertakes Wills, Powers of Attorney and estate administration for selected clients.
