Natasha Smith

Chartered Legal Executive

Natasha initially worked in our Conveyancing Department when she joined the Firm in 2010. Natasha still deals with property work, but this is now within the Private Client Department where she assists with property matters during the administration of an estate, whilst also dealing with other property matters.

Natasha has expanded her knowledge within the Private Client Department where she also deals with Trust work, Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs) and Probate work.

Natasha understands the sensitive nature of the work involved in the Private Client area where families are often at their most vulnerable. Natasha is empathetic whilst professional and she prides herself in being approachable and having good communication skills.

Natasha says “I understand how difficult a bereavement is and I want to help make the process as easy as possible for the client, with a friendly welcoming approach.”

Career

Natasha has worked for the Firm since 2010 after she left school with an apprenticeship to train to become a Chartered Legal Executive. Natasha qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2019 whilst working in the Property Department dealing with residential sales and purchases. In 2024, Natasha moved into the Private Client Department and now deals with Trust work, LPAs and property work arising from an estate administration, other property work and assisting the Probate department.
