Jacqueline is a specialist Family Law solicitor with over 24 years’ experience. She is based in our Bideford and Okehampton offices but represents clients throughout the Devon area and beyond.
Jacqueline has extensive experience in dealing with issues relating to financial settlement within divorce proceedings and issues relating to children where parties are separated. Jacqueline also advises on cases where clients are unmarried. She is often involved in complex cases in court proceedings relating to both financial claims in divorce and children proceedings.
Jacqueline’s pragmatic approach enables clients to achieve sensible and fair outcomes. Career
Jacqueline is from the North Devon area where she has strong family ties and has always lived and worked locally. She attended Exeter University to obtain her Law degree and qualified as a solicitor in 2000. She joined Peter Peter & Wright in 2015.
