Ian Tithecott

Legal Executive specialising in Probate

Ian has worked in a variety of areas since he began his career but is now focused on probate, estate administration and issues relating to inheritance tax.

Ian deals with both small and large estates in our private client department from our Bideford office.

Ian says: “Losing a loved one can be very stressful and is hard enough without the added task of administering their estate. My aim is to help people through the process at a difficult time.”

Career

Ian joined the firm as a trainee in 1991, working in the Civil Litigation department. From 1997 until 2006 he worked in Criminal Litigation. He rejoined the firm in 2013 working alongside Clive Smale and Janette Sawyer in our private client department.
