Private Client Partner
Claire is well established in the community of Holsworthy and works in the Private Client Department in our Holsworthy Office.
Claire is experienced in all aspects of estate administration and is committed to supporting families through this difficult process in a caring and professional manner.
Claire can assist with applications for the Grant of Probate or other Grants of Representation that may need to be applied for.
Claire also deals with Will writing and Lasting Powers of Attorney. In situations where clients have sadly lost mental capacity, Claire can also assist with Deputyship applications through the Court of Protection.
Claire appreciates the delicate and sensitive approach that is often required in private client work.
She says: “When assisting in the administration of an Estate I am aware that this can be an extremely upsetting and stressful time for clients who have recently lost a loved one. I have received many offers of thanks from clients who have found my sympathetic approach a comfort during such a difficult time.”
Career
Claire is proud to have been ‘born and bred’ in Holsworthy and she is based in our Holsworthy office. Claire joined Peter Peter & Wright in 2002 and she qualified as a solicitor in 2008. Claire joined the partnership in 2012.
