Alastair Teague

Alastair has extensive experience in dealing with most areas of property and property related matters. He assists his clients in achieving their objectives efficiently and effectively in a pragmatic, timely and professional manner.

Between 1995 and 2014 Alastair taught Land Law and Property related matters at both Universities at Exeter and Plymouth and started an association with Peter Peter & Wright in 2000 in the Bideford and Barnstaple offices and from 2014 he worked from the Bude office. In 2023 he returned to the Bideford office, specialising in commercial matters and no longer undertakes residential sales and purchases.

He says, “Over the years I have built up a good working relationship with local agents and will always do my best to meet client expectations and meet timeframes which may be important to the client.”

Career

Alastair was admitted as a Solicitor in South Wales in 1986 and returned to Devon in 1988, having been to school in Devon. Throughout his years in practice he has dealt with all aspects of Property and Property related matters.
