The Advisory, Conciliation and Arbitration Service (ACAS) now has eight electronic learning guides available on its website. The topics are
- bullying and harassment;
- managing absence in the workplace;
- redundancy handling;
- discipline and grievance;
- working parents;
- information and consultation;
- contracts and written statements; and
- sexual orientation.
The electronic learning guides can be accessed free of charge at http://www.acas.org.uk/ once you have registered to use the ACAS website.
